Time: Doors open at 7, meeting starts at 7:30

The application form can be found online here. Please complete the application form and submit online for ease of processing. If you’d like a copy there is a print option at the end of the application.

As this is our first year of using an online application, we will be sending out confirmation emails when applications are received. If you have not received a confirmation email within 48 hours, please send us an email.

The following information in addition to your online application is required for your application to be considered complete:

  1. Cheques for fee payment (either one cheque for the full amount of $1,200 dated March 1, 2017, or 4 cheques for $300 each, dated March 1, April 1, May 1, and June 1)
  2. If you are required to pay additional fees, these fees are due March 1st. Provide an additional cheque for the additional fees.
  3. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CHILD’S NAME IS WRITTEN ON EACH CHEQUE.
  4. A recent photograph of your child, with the child’s name written on the back.

Summer Fun will run July 6th – August 17th, 2017.

Raffle compared to donation option: We have a mandatory participation requirement for the raffle. Each family must either purchase $100 of raffle tickets before the program starts, or give us a $100 donation.

If you purchase the raffle tickets, these are yours to sell. You keep the money as you have pre-purchased these. (Note: purchase option is not available if participant lives in a group home. The only option available for group home participants is the donation)

To obtain a participation credit for selling additional tickets, you must meet the minimum threshold, and the money from the tickets and all ticket stubs (sold and unsold) must be returned to Delta Life Skills Society.


Interested in joining the board? We are always looking for dedicated individuals who want to assist in ensuring the program runs year over year.
