Time: Doors open at 6:30, meeting starts at 7:15
New this year! We will be having a meet and greet starting at 6:45. Light refreshments will be served.
The application form can be found online here. Complete the application form and submit online for ease of processing. If you’d like a copy there is a print option at the end of the application.
We will be sending out confirmation emails when applications are received. If you have not received a confirmation email within 48 hours, please send us an email.

The following information in addition to your online application is required for your application to be considered complete:
- Cheques for fee payment and fundraising fee cheque or credit card info
- If you are required to pay additional fees, these fees are due March 1st. Provide an additional cheque for the additional fees.
- PLEASE ENSURE YOUR CHILD’S NAME IS WRITTEN ON EACH CHEQUE.
- A recent photograph of your child, with the child’s name written on the back if you did not upload a photo with your application.
Summer Fun will run July 5th – August 16th, 2017.

Interested in joining the board? We are always looking for dedicated individuals who want to assist in ensuring the program runs year over year. We currently have openings for the following roles: Event Planner, and Marketing Manager. We have also identified two potential upcoming vacancies. Are interested in shadowing the Secretary role, and acting in a backup capacity while you get acquainted with the program? Are you interested in planning and running our fundraising events like the raffle?
